I was extremely disappointed. My son-in-law had worked the details of the purchase of a 2023 Ford Ranger. I had a pre-approved bank draft. Upon driving over 100 miles to the dealership on a Saturday morning the details that had been firmed on Friday evening were not what we found upon arrival.
