John at Auto Nation was fabulous to work with. He kept me informed of every little detail. After a fender bender my car needed to be repaired. The work was superior! My car once again looks like I just drove it out of the showroom.
Autonation collision center: I can tell you that Charlie, Sandy and Woody are top-notch experts in what they do. I appreciated them treating my baby like it was their baby. Somebody backed into my 2017 grand sport Corvette in a parking lot. I took it straight to Autonation Collision for estimate and then back to get the work done. Sandy updated me every day at the end of the day on the status of my car and what I should expect for next steps. Excellent customer service!
I had my car in for bumper repairs. Automation Collision Center did a great job on the repairs and also advocated on my behalf with a rental contract dispute with Enterprise Rent a Car. I had rented the car for 4 days, but was overcharged. Even after providing proof to Enterprise Rent a car of the on-time return, I had to dispute the charge with American Express and my insurance company to eventually win my case.
