No, don't put up cones on the wash that's out of order. Let everyone pull up and then make them reverse

There is always something that is not working or out of service. The foam brush will stain your hands and clothes a blueish colour, I am not sure if it's paint from the stick or the foam itself. This place used to be good but it has gone downhill over the last year

The wash does a decent job when they’re open. We started the membership about 6 weeks ago and have consistently experienced the bays being broken/closed/out of service at all three locations we’ve frequented. It’s not worth the membership to constantly have to leave because the bays are inoperable and is quite frustrating

Worst experience ever!!!!! Do not use their foam brush as it will stain your skin and clothes. Called their customer service and basically was told how to wash a car. Been washing cars for 50 years. Done with this company

This wash USED to be amazing. Now, not so much. Its always pit of soap, never cleans the bug guts off my window any more, and many times smells really bad. I hate that these washes pop up, do great for a year or so and then totally fall apart and go to crap. Nobody takes pride in anything anymore. **** Updating to reply to owner response.
