One or two bays are always closed during the busy weekend. What’s the meaning of having a subscription if the availability is always a problem. I’ll definitely switch to a different crash wash if this is continued. Even the vacuums are out of order now.
1 out of 3 touchless wash bays working. This seems to be very common for this business which makes the wait even longer. Would not recommend
At least 2 of 3 bays are always down. The Costco location seems to have better luck.
This place is a joke. You'd think you'd be able to get a wash any day? Nope. I'd drive there, wait in line, only to leave without a wash for a variety of reasons. One visit, my car was covered car in soap and dried, ALL WITHOUT WATER. Their app is very buggy and GPS doesn't always recognize you're there. Because their QR codes don't always work, and the app "workaround" from support doesn't always work, they now have a "workaround for the workaround".
