I use the self wash bays versus the automated washing. Have used several across the north Denver Metro and these self bay are some of the worst i have seen. Have used this on multiple occasions hoping it would change but it has been consistently bad. Each time there has been multiple wash features out of service. Also, the high pressure wax is just a high pressure rinse so if you use these then don’t waste your money. Highly recommend using others like the one in Erie near the Walgreens. Today, marks 3 time I have visited this location and paid for an automatic wash and the machine was broken. I really don’t appreciate paying 18$ for my car to be sprayed with soap and then not rinsed off because the wash is broken. I then immediately had to go to the stall next to me and pay again to finish the wash manually . You guys have a great business model wonderful location a beautiful facility very loyal customers. The quality of your product is dog shit listen to your customers and fix it.

Isn’t this supposed to be one of the best car washes since it’s so expensive?? We went to automatic one and it sprayed us with soap and that’s it .. no water came out .. had to go to self wash and pay again to wash the soap off myself . That’s really scary sitting in the car wash with a car full of soap and a bar that just keeps going back and forth in front of you. Never using the auto wash again.

Terrible management. Always have 1-2 bins closed for maintenance so expect to wait 1-2 hours for a car wash. Although they are happy to take your monthly payment. Called and ask to speak to manager or have one call me back they said ‘they don’t do that’. Find another location if possible.
