Don't use Autowash! Keep an eye on your transaction. They stole $80 from me and because they are a mom and pop shop that doesn't have a corporate (per the customer service rep) they can't refund what they stole they can only credit my car wash account. If a company can't refund when they rob you of your hard earned money and can't offer someone to talk to you that can help, is a shady company

There is usually bat least one wash bay not working sometimes it's two of three that are down for repairs.

One or two bays are always closed during the busy weekends. What’s the meaning of having a subscription if the availability is always a problem. I’ll definitely switch to a different carwash if this is continued. Even the vacuums are out of order now.

At least 2 of 3 bays are always down. The Costco location seems to have better luck. Edit: 2 weeks later...Here's an idea, have a Bay Status for each location/bay. That way I know when all the bays are shutdown and 2/3 self bays are semi operational. But seriously, it would let us know if it's open, broken, or in use. Your welcome.

READ!!! DO NOT USE THESE LOCATIONS!!! I use to go to the car washes at Larkridge about 4 miles east of here then this location opened in the last 8 months. Was excited that finally they would have car washes that actually worked again since the automatic ones at Larkridge are constantly broken and not working. NOPE! Went this morning to vista ridge and of coarse, none of the automatic washes were working. Two were closed and the one I used, only threw a little soap all over my car and then had to rinse.
