The ease of accepting my debit card was the only plus. The Bible brush was broken and the air dryer was broken yet nothing stayed that was the case before I bought the wash. I asked for assistance and the person there made me feel like I should know how to use the system for purchasing.

For the past two years of having to use this location, the vast majority of visits either one or both lines are completely inoperable or down for maintenance. I’ve even see the wash randomly fail halfway during washes for cars in front of me. The usual excuse is “well that one time a customer didn’t follow instructions and damaged equipment”. Unless you’re willing to wait 30 minutes, don’t bother, and go to a better Autowash location. Even the location in Golden where the till gets broken into every other week is more reliab... read more

Sigh... sat in line for the automatic wash, only to have it stop half way through the car in the bay. Car still covered in soap. Then the bay went out of service. Long line at the other auto bay. Rolled through the bay (because there was already a line building behind me) and then sat in line at the manual bay to at least get a spray off. I'll add one star because the spot free rinse does seem to shed while driving on the highway, leaving my truck MOSTLY clean and spot free.

All autowash out of order vacuum are not work good im canceling my membership.
