For the past two years of having to use this location, the vast majority of visits either one or both lines are completely inoperable or down for maintenance. I’ve even see the wash randomly fail halfway during washes for cars in front of me. The usual excuse is “well that one time a customer didn’t follow instructions and damaged equipment”. One out of two of the auto washes are out of order literally every time I've been here
