This car wash used to do a great job of cleaning my car. But now... I am terribly disappointed in how my car turned out today. There was so much dirt left on the car it was not worth $23. I won't be using this place again.
Only an occasional glitch with the car wash and if it happens, call their support. Very friendly and knowledgeable and quick to take care of any refunds or credits too. And by the way the car wash itself does an excellent job too!
The app is total garbage. Fix it! *The qr codes in the android app sometimes go to a line of text, instead of a usable code. Had to pay extra for self serve because of it.
EDIT#1 Ower- I appreciate the response. Zoning requirements around the noise generated from the dryer is something I didn't think about and I don't understand how I was assuming. Anyways, I still don't understand how the noise generated from built-in dryer is that much quieter than one that isn't an all-in one system. i guess noise is consolidated to the specific area air is being applied to? Maybe, idk, but I cancelled the auto-renew on my member ship and will gladly just hand wash the vehicle myself. Ok, this review is to ... read more
