My car was soaked after leaving the car wash. The dryer does not work at all and my car has water spots all over it. I texted the number they have and they gave me a voucher to rewash my car. I used a different lane and tried it again but the same thing happened my car was soaked after again. A waste of money because I’m going to have to go to a different car wash to wash my car again. My car looks dirtier than before with all those water spots.
This is my go to car wash. Lately at least 1 or 2 of the automatic washes are down out of the 4 they have. Frustrating!!! Edit 2 days later, Sat 2/4. Bay 4 down again!!! Cars stacking up! Not acceptable! EDIT # 2- 02/25/2022 Saturday morning (today) 2 out of the 4 bays down again. In regard to the Autowash response, I have talked on the phone several times to you about this and to no avail. Great location, for starters it has plenty of space for drying your car, vacuuming and getting your car cleaned! This location also has a pet wash station! I’ve used it before and it’s well maintained for being at a car wash location! I come here weekly since I have my membership pass and there is always someone here to assist you! Always a great experience. I avoid the brushes from other car washes as they really scratch the paint. The dog wash is a great feature, just wish there were more.
