Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. You have to download an app to start the vacuums. Takes about 15 minutes. Questions that are asked in the sign-up process are your address date of birth. No one needs to know this for me to wash my car. One thing that was actually supposed to suck was the vacuum. The pre-wash under carriage wasn't working
This place is great.
Couldn't use facility....2 bays out and no one around... finally got a hold of someone of course not on site...bay available cc machinecwas not working ...2:39pm on a Wednesday... Frustrated because we chose that site specifically because of its location for shopping. The problem is is that there's no customer service anymore and I guess I shouldn't be frustrated because this is what we've come to expect from any large business....no QAQC....
Love going to this location, always clean and well maintained!
