Always have closed automatic bays.. any day any time.. which causes wait times of one hour... dont buy membership unless you ok waiting 1 hour each time.. terrible customer service was quality also terrible

Just like the other reviews say… the dryer does not dry the car at all. Just use the wash cycle. Today is Friday at 9:30am and only one drive thru car wash is open and 6 cars waiting…. just disappointing.

Price seems about average, with free vacuums. Very convenient location just off of I25.

Never again. One bay was already out of order. Tried two bays before I could get the stupid kiosk to take my payment at the third one I tried. Finally start washing my car. Foam brush was out of order. The stupid touch screen barely worked so I couldn't select half of what I wanted to select. Wasted time fighting with it WHILE it's charging me for time. Finally washed it as much as I could then had a hard time stopping the timer because once again the touchscreen didn't want to work. No clue if my credit card info was secure... read more

Frustrating and unreliable! After leaving the Olde Town location in Arvada, since one of the Autowash stations was out of service which caused a huge line, I drove all the way over to the Larkridge location, and only ONE station was working out of the four or five there. I'm sick and tired of wasting time waiting in line due to broken stations, and wasting gas driving around looking for a location that actually works, it's just not worth the price.
