I have a new car and it had bugs on it from a recent trip. The auto wash did not do a good job getting the bugs off a car with very nice windshield and car body. I was disappointed for the money paid for higher service.
I love that it is open 24/7. Overall my vehicle is clean. It seems like everytime I go something is broken which is frustrating for the cost.
Not very intuitive car wash system and charges by the minute, so it can quickly become a do it yourself option and save the extra $$$
Loved having a touch free wash to protect from scratches. I would have given it 5 stars except for the prices..... a little expensive
Place used to give a decent wash. Now, for $20/month you get a car wash that's usually broken (atleast one thing each time seems to not work), long lines, a junky mobile app, and no more dog wash available in Fort Collins thanks to the transient population. Car wash has steadily declined and does not take care of their long term customers. Avoid.
