Auto wash has gone downhill, and quickly. 50/50 you get a automatic wash that wont take over 45 min I'm waiting in line because multiple bays are out of order, or the self service handles have weak pressure or broken. Starting to see the trend with reviews going downhill, still the same price with no customer service credits. You'd think to retain customers they'd make it right. But truly they do not care, until financial numbers drop, why would they. I wont renew my membership anymore with this place.

I use the self-serve bays and always run the same process: pre-treat, high-power wash, high-power rinse, spot-free rinse, then hand-dry the spots that drip. Twice now I've been more than a third of the way through when the high-power WASH function turned out to be unavailable. That's the step that actually cleans the car — without it, all I did was rinse a dirty vehicle. The first time, I called and left a message and never heard back. all the cleaning apparatus are functional, all the kiosks are in good working order and easy to read and navigate. the overall appearance is well kept. and on a personal note I do not take my car thorough those giant scratch making wheels of suds, even though my car is definitely older. there's just something cathartic about washing your car by hand, or in this case by wand!!

Low pressure, actually sad when you try to wash anything off. Also no real rinse setting, all soapy with no way to wash it off cleanly. You also HAVE to download an app to use the vacuums. Worst car wash I’ve ever used, and the owners reply to every negative comment like it’s the commenters fault. I read one where they suggested drying your car off yourself with towels because their wash dryer isn’t good enough. Audacious.
