First time here. I had a big bird poop spot in the center of my windshield I couldn't reach. Pull in, can barely read the touch screen to pay for wash. As I pull up, the woman haphazardly swishes a brush on the windshield COMPLETELY missing the bird poop. I start waving to her and pointing and she TURNS her back on me. Get all the way through and, YUP, there's still a big SMEAR where the bird poop was. Got home, got a step stool, and washed it off by hand. Won't be going back!
Price of monthly membership consistently got more expensive and the quality of wash got significantly worst. Texted to cancel my membership and they did not cancel it so I had to dispute with my credit card company. Then when I tried to redeem a free month of washes, they decided to revoke my membership. Garbage company that doesn’t care about anything, but making a dollar.
