Booked a van in for an mot and service with 2 months notice. They could not mot the van themselves due to the weight and were supposed to book a 3rd party to carry the work out. They forgot which has left me in an awkward situation. The staff were very dissmisve and I got next to no form of an apology, with the receptionist actually shrugging her shoulders when collecting the van. A very poor customer service all round, couldn't reccomend this garage to anybody.

Visited this showroom a couple of times. Showroom gentleman is not particularly helpful. To the point I have placed an order at another vauxhall showroom
Everyone is always so polite and accommodating here. I always prefer to bring my vauxhall into a dealers for diagnostic work and servicings because I think I can trust they know their products. Price is often reasonable and I usually take full advantage of the opportunities like the lift back home until any possible repairs have been completed.
Very friendly staff and efficient service. Not pushy at all in regards to sales just helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend.
