Falsely reported a BROKEN GLASS WINDOW when my car was pristine. Now having to prove that's not true. Insane, absurd, absolutely dishonest.
Scheduled a pre-inspection for Monday morning 8-10am. Nobody showed. Called them and they said there was no appointment scheduled. Tried to reschedule again... and I got hung up on. My whole morning was wasted. I would try to bypass AutoVin when trying to return a lease, as they create headaches.
Absolutely the worst scheduling experience. They are the reason I won’t lease another BMW or any brand that requires to inspect with them.
Terrible customer service. No show on my appointment yesterday and took me 30 minutes in chat to find out. Couldn’t rebook online until I completed the chat.
Interesting. I just got my report noting a missing key fob. I leased the car from brand new with one key fob and one activity key. If they think they’re going to charge me, I’ll take them to small claims court. They’re not going to try and steal $350 from me!
