I am glad I am not a member of this banking institution. I proceeded to have a check cashed at this location due to the customer banking here. I was asked to come inside during COVID (they were going to refuse me service if I did not). I arrived inside and they were already calling the customer to verify the check was not stolen?? It has my name and they have my drivers license already. They also charged me a $5 fee to cash THEIR OWN CHECK! Terrible place to bank if you want to actually withdraw money it seems.
Least favorite credit union or place to store money that you might want to withdraw at any point in time. Lame FCU only allows $200.00 to be withdrawn at a time, with no repeat withdrawals.
Have been a member of Autotruck/Louisville for decades (early70s) Was shocked and saddened to see propaganda fake anti Union twisted "Faux" /Fox "news" on at the Newburg Road Location ...on more than one visit..maybe time to start looking elsewhere... :-(
