These guys are no joke when it comes to BMW. Honest, straightforward, and most importantly, professional and experienced. I brought my car in for a check engine light and within a minute, Nigel suspected it was caused by a part missing on my oil filter cap (who would have thought that!), and he was correct, the last shop that did my oil change messed up and lost that part, causing my car to have some rough idle and misfires.
