Ben and Lisa are lovely, friendly people. I got a very good deal on a 2012 Audi A3 TDI that had a few issues that were potentially very expensive and not covered by the short-term service contract that Auto Trax offers with each of their cars. Lisa worked with me to extend the length of the contract as well as what it covered, and this was a significant savings when, unfortunately, the issues required major emissions work.
