Extremely poor experience. The salesperson was careless and incompetent, and surprisingly, the manager wasn’t any better. No wonder AutoTrader is losing its position as the market leader. You don’t deserve our business.
Not even worth 1 star. Just paid vehicle report requests from out of country. Almost 20 within a half hr of posting.
Employee's leave you on hold for 15 minutes then hang up on you. Then when i emailed for the person to call me they said "i tried to reach you by phone" but they in fact did not try.
Amer Jarah was the best salesman I’ve encountered. I purchase a new are from Topnotch, but my car needed new rotors and pad, he offered to replace free of charge, at first I didn’t believe him, but he kept his word.
