Don't really know where to start,paid for the premium package. Took my money and no service after that. Cant even speak to anyone with a concern or question if you are a private seller. If you are a dealer someone pics up the phone on the second ring. So basically I wasted $130 on an add that's not right. Technology wise Auto trader is a dinosaur. Cant even get a partial refund. Terrible experience. Poor service, constant delays, and no proper communication. Took months to resolve a simple issue and still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend it.
