Pulled in to see about an oil change. The can do it quick before lunch , great! Paid for semi synthetic oil, is what I requested. Went home and looked at invoice. It Stated mechanic installed conventional 5w-30. My car takes 5w-20 oil. I question them on it. They didn’t want to make it right. They said they put what it calls for 5w-20. If they did, the invoice should have said! Who do I believe. I don’t know what’s in my new car. I was going to do more work with them. Forget it! Don’t trust them! Go elsewhere.
Cole is a very nice and experienced mechanic. He knew what he was doing and didn’t try to nickel and dime me like I have had happen at other shops in the past. I just needed an oil change, and the service was quick & efficient. I will definitely come back. I had a shop in Minnesota that tried convincing me I had all of these non-existent problems with my vehicle. Glad to know Auto Tire is an honest business.
