I took appointment ahead of time and even then I had to wait 1 hour and I am told to wait another 30 minutes. Not 😃 r what's the purpose of booking appointments . Is it a scam to get more clients?
I came in on an emergency situation with my tires, they talked me through all my options and pricing. Once I picked the option I thought was best they got me right in. They were very nice and knowledgeable.
The blonde lady, she is euther the manager or the owner. She is such a manipulative person, she wanted to charge me 500$ for changing 2 rotors.
Came here on Monday 21st for an oil change, mechanic accidentally drained transmission fluid and replaced it with new aftermarket oil. My CVT transmission takes FE Toyota transmission oil. The lady who works there apologized but never offered to take my car to Toyota and replace the oil with genuine Toyota oil. Its only been 3 days and transmission started to hesitate when shifting. And i don't have $350 to take it myself to Toyota for transmission service fluid change.
HUGE shout out to Matt who diligently helped me with a hissing tire. With such an unpredictable inconvenience, Matt got this tire back up and running in no time. Thank you so much for your efficiency and timeliness!
