Went in needing a headlight bulb replacement. Was quoted $48. 2 hours later I got a call saying they “did not have a mechanic that could do the work” was charged and even a charge for “supplies” if no work was done what are supplies?

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Frustrating Experience – Lack of Accountability I brought my vehicle to Tire Choice expecting to have an axle issue addressed under the Monroe warranty. Instead, I was told that their location “doesn’t have mechanics who do axle work.” That explanation made no sense, considering axle replacement is basic mechanical work that any certified shop should be able to handle — especially one representing a national brand.
