I came in for a simple alignment and was told I needed to buy new bolts because mine were rusted. The replacement bolts cost $70 at AutoZone, so I ordered them online instead. I was told they’d arrive in a couple of days—now it’s been pushed back over a week, and I still haven’t gotten my alignment done. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Kathy at the front desk was amazing and personable, even kept my young daughter entertained all while addressing each customer with such in depth explanations. I learned a lot in my short visit to the shop from her. Kaitlin worked on my vehicle and was very thorough, she went above and beyond. I would definitely be back just off of these two’s customer service alone. Keep them and give them a raise because good help is hard to find these days!

Bought a set of Goodyear Eagles off the Internet (they didn't carry them for my car). Tire choice installed them and sold me a road hazard warranty. Never needed any warranty work until I recently developed a slow leak. Megan (the service manager, I believe) checked the tread depth and told me they couldn't patch my tire because it was too worn.
