I had to replace a tire. Tech cleaned the wheel and installed new tire.
My fiancé and I stopped here with an appointment for 7:30 am (we needed to get to Kansas City this afternoon and needed the first appointment of the day) After sitting in the parking lot waiting for the doors to open at 7:30 am, we were surprised and disappointed that at 7:45 the first employee of the day walked in. They walked past my fiancé, didn’t say a word after we had been sitting outside the garage waiting for the door to open, 15 minutes after our appointment time and opening. Princeton Lewis is incredibly helpful
Informed them which tire was leaking, they did find a nail in another tire and repaired it, but did nothing about the tire that was constantly leaking air. They insisted on telling me that it was the wrong tire leaking and that the tpms was not programmed correctly. I had a road trip that day and every 10 miles I had to stop and air it up, made that hour and a half drive a three hour drive. Worst 50 bucks I have ever spent!!!!!!!
