I made my appointment on the phone and was told I could bring my car between 1 and 7. I arrived at 4pm and the guy at the counter looked like he was on drugs and had slurred speech. He told me “ you know it won’t be ready until tomorrow right?” I have 6 cars before you. I told him about the appointment they gave me and he said it didnt matter and he only had one technician.. no apology, no compassion and blamed it on me.. what kind of business is this?
If it was possible to give zero stars, that’s what this place would get they don’t have enough workers. The girl working in the front with the tattoos is extremely rude And unprofessional Out of the workers that they do have they don’t seem to know what they’re doing in anyway I went there for an oil change tires and fuel filter. I’ve been back four times and I still don’t have the job Complete completed. I’ve spent over eight hours at this location over four days I will never use them again. Price over the phone was $169 After they installed it they produced this outlandish invoice!!! $271.96. !!!!!!!!!
