Let’s me make an appointment online for Sunday, online hours say they are open, they are not open on Sundays. Called CS line, they have no clue what they are talking about, they just read their script stating “the service manager must be busy helping a customer” as I am standing in front of the building clearly seeing they are closed. Update your hours. Don’t allow me to make an appointment when you are closed. PLEASE change the way you handle customer service, because the way it is now is just pushing your customers away.
Claim Sunday hours online let me book an appointment even made me confirm it and they’re not open. Called customer service absolutely no help, stupid quite frankly wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and was only repeating her script. Absolutely will never come here again. Fix your hours!
Took off wrong tire for a patch. Then come in to tell me there are 2 nails in the tire. Ends up 1 screw and the other nail was a small rock in my tread. Good thing I went out to check,would have charged me for 2 patch jobs. Won't ever come back here. Very unprofessional.
I had called repeatedly before having my truck towed To this location. I was told that they could accommodate. Once there, the manager told driver where to drop My truck. Then a few minutes later after truck is dropped he says he cannot fix the tires. I had to pay to get it towed a second time. No discount nothing to make me right. They did tell me some tires though.
