Service was very poor. The front desk lady had a very bad attitude. Accorading to the policy if a person holds a valid recipt with valid warranty, Tire Choice could provide service nationwide. My car was making a noise when I brake. I was at dealer for an oil change another day and they warned me that I needed to pay attention to the brakes. Found ourselves in a pinch needing a tire repaired. They got us in quickly before closing and got the tire repaired. Fast, friendly service.
Fair prices, but very slow customer service. Showed up at my appointment time and it took half an hour to even check in, then 1.5 hours for an oil change. Came back within 5 minutes of being called that it was ready, and waited at least another half hour to even talk to the person at the desk. It was $70 for a synthetic blend oil change though, so pretty good prices, but man they're not very efficient.

Edit 03/21/2025 - I originally had a positive experience at this location working with Jonathan, but trying to deal with them (two different individuals - a female and male who she said was her boss) over this past week has been awful. We bought two of the Synthetic Blend oil changes from Groupon. When I went to take our van in first, I was advised (after I had to call them for a status update) that their equipment was down and they couldn't service the van.
