We had a situation with Enterprise Car Rental where they were not approving the repair of a tire with a nail in it. We had to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement… The manager, Ocean Williams, at Tire Choice was very helpful and accommodating to try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. She was very transparent and her team got the tire replaced quickly. She made light of an unpleasant situation with the rental car company.
I’ve been coming here since I had my first vehicle as a 16 year old, I’m 20 now and have moved a little further from this tire choice but have decided to continue using this one because of the amazing experience I’ve had these last 4 years. Jim specially has always been very kind and always communicated well with me.
Jim Wagner the manager and service advisor, is a knowledgeable employee and took the time to address my concerns. He is honest and helpful. My vehicle was finished when promised. This Tire Choice storeTAKES CARE OF VETERANS.
