Wow what a great experience. The customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. I will definitely be going here again.
Lost air pressure in my rear right tire going down the highway so I managed to find this tire service center just as it went completely flat. They were able to provide two new tires for me and I was able continue on with my trip. They were professional and courteous and will do business with them in the future.
They LIE! Gary quoted me $ 217.xx told me it included warranty and road hazard. Get my fluffing tire, not only does invoice say that I ‘DECLINED’ road hazard, it also says I ‘DECLINED’ an alignment, BOTH OF WHICH WERE NEVER OFFERED/ASKED. Car now has a weird sound that it never had before! I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL ADVISE ANYONE THAT ASKS TO NEVER GO HERE! BTW & 217 for a tire is ridiculous
Great experience, I had an appointment at 10:00. I arrived on time, they took my vehicle right in. It was completed in a timely manner. I will come back here again. The manager was friendly and helpful. The one thing I especially liked was there no upsell
