I showed up for my scheduled appointment. The store was closed. What happened to this country?
I've had some so-so experiences with Tire Choice, but since I have free rotation I keep using them. My most recent visit for state inspection (Aug '25) was excellent under Jamal's management. I do not like the call center, but I've learned if you ask to speak to the store directly (and keep insisting on that), you will get connected and I find the service is better when you bypass the call center.
Their customer service was amazing and their price was very reasonable!
I highly recommend. This tire shop was a diamond in the rough
