Had to go get a tire replaced. They put the wrong one on (had called to ask if they had my specific one there before driving over on my almost flat tire). They ended up billing me for the more expensive one I had originally asked for even though they gave me the cheaper one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE USES CHEAP PARTS THAT DON'T LAST!!!
I appreciate their diligence! I had a goose egg on my tire and needed it immediately fixed. I was able to get in, get all 4 tires replaced, aligned and my back brakes replaced in one day! I needed to get my tires and brakes replaced anyway so the goose egg made me get it all done sooner. But they worked with me on finding good prices and most of all, I was able to get my car back swiftly!
I’m from out of state and experienced issues with a few of my tires! This place got me in, in a hurry where every where else had a long wait! They helped me out tremendously! That’s guys for your speedy rescue on my tires issues!
