Unfortunately, my experience was far from great. I wanted to do something nice for a friend, so I purchased an oil change service from Groupon for Tire Choice. I booked an advance appointment for new break pad at 11am. I have to wait for 1.5 hours till they start looking my car. They finished at1:15pm.

Receptionist was a very nice, helpful lady. I went there on a Groupon I bought for $69 for a $99 full synthetic oil change that included tire rotation and 5 quarts of oil. My car takes 6 quarts so Since I had 6 quarts at home I brought the extra one with me to add. They wouldn’t let me do that and charged $17+for the 6th quart. Altogether I was charged an additional $40+ which brought my cost to $109+ which I could have had done for less at several places.
