The first time I went I waited for 90 minutes before they got my car in and then told me they couldn't do it because I needed new parts, had the work done and they told me that I was going to need something else soon and most of the parts that they said were changed about 2 or 3 years earlier, so I finally got the alignment and won't go back unless there is a great sale. I would rather pay a higher price than for them to try and upsale me with parts that I don't need. I wonder if all locations do this
Devin was fabulous. My vehicle was in good hands. I recommend these gentleman anytime and with great confidence in their ability to be honest.
Appointment set for 4pm, arrived at 3:30pm, took until 6:30pm to finish putting 2 tires on. Did have issues initially (probably due to staffing issues) including: overinflated tires (50psi) and not resetting TPMS. They did fix the issues however and compensated me for my time. In the end they did a good job, and I wouldn't knock them for one bad experience. Price was definitely a bit high.
