Scheduling by phone was easy, shop was ready to get me in and serviced as soon as I arrived and the service manager and tech were accommodating and informative about what work was done.
Terrible customer service!!! I made an appt to have my wife’s tire patched, but I was able to get it patched closer to home, so I called Tire Choice 3 hrs before my scheduled appt and cancelled the appt. Later that day, I called Tire Choice back to schedule an appt to get an oil change on my car, they said they had availability that same day. Had tires put on which took 2 and a half hours,one week later lugs were loose on two of the tires and one is losing air around rim.The other two lugs werent torqued to specs.Wouldnt take a wheelbarrow there to have a tire put on
Great line of employees. Some prior military with others being currently in the military. The crew took care of my discrepancies and helped me out a lot. Treated like family immediately when I walked through the doors of the establishment. Honest and trustworthy business.
I purchased this Groupon intending to use it for my newly purchased car. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the woman at the counter, who had a very unpleasant attitude, told me, "We are not touching that car." Despite having all the paperwork proving I owned the vehicle, she refused service because the plates weren’t yet registered to the car. I left and paid for an oil change elsewhere.
