I purchased a set of 4 tires from here and had a nail within a month. The nail was in the middle of the tread, seemed patchable so I assumed my warranty would cover no charge. The salesperson claims it's not patchable and I will need a new tire, but it would be covered by the warranty. I wasn't charged for the tire, but the install was $60! So much for the tire being "covered." Complete bullshit. I spoke with a friend that is a service advisor at a dealership and was told they only charge $20 for installs on warranty tires. ... read more

Very disappointed in the customer service at Tire Choice Auto in Alton IL. I showed up for my appointment at 10:00 am today for them to tell me they couldn't find my appointment. After a few minutes of look I was told by the girl at the desk "I found it your just behind some other appointments. I can't get you done till 4:00 PM tonight now." Had to wait an hour for Auto Zone to drop at part off(obviously not Tire Choice’s fault) and was not charged due to the amount of time it took. Will be coming back for any other issues I run into.
The person up front every time I come in for work she is always helpful and understanding of my situation. And they technician who always works on my truck is amazing with his work this is my new favorite repair shop
