Very helpful and timely. Very kind workers here
We were in town from Wisconsin and needed mechanical help on a Sunday. Devon was able to help and get us back home for work on Monday. He is knowledgeable and patient with customers. While fixing our car he answered the phone and assisted other customers and remained professional the entire time. Devon is a major asset to this business.
I scheduled my appointment 1 day prior with in store service rep. The store rep stated the best time for my appointment based on only 1 other service job at that time. When arrived the next day, a different service rep stated the call center scheduled 4 other alignment services and that there would be lengthy wait.
Customer Service was great, the employee up front was nice; however, he told me it would be about 45 minutes to mount and balance my tires, 3 hours later and they’re still working on it. Something about “it’s hard to get these tires to bead correctly”. Isn’t that the purpose of your job? Tire choice sure seems to have a hard time working with tires. I’m sure the employees are great, but either the lack of experience or improper tools provided by management has let me know to never go back there again if I value my time. $120... read more
