AVOID. Price gouged. 3 hours for an oil change alone even with an appointment, poor customer service, and does not honor online coupons (outsources to Valvoline credit). Not worth your money. Recommend their competitors across the street.
I had my moms car towed there as part of Nationwide Insurance's list of preferred vendors. It was dropped off at 10:00 am and I went by the facility at 10:30 to check to see how much it was going to cost for a new battery. The owner said he would call their supplier and call me right back. 4 hours later I called to see what the cost was. Muhammad drove to another store to get a tire for me after a flat. We live in KC 3 hours away and were desperate. He was kind, courteous, and respectful. I’m so thankful he was there that day to help us!
Mohammed the new GM was absolute fantastic! We had a flat tire all of a sudden after traveling and we’re not close to home. He was able to find us the correct tire for our car and even traveled to another location to pick it up for us! Super quick ! And They gave us a great price!
