Customer for 16 years! I have been taking my cars to Autotime for over 16 years and have received excellent service. The mechanics are professional and provide outstanding customer service.
Very Proffessional & Quick Service I just recently had them do a complete check on my entire mini van. I was driving out of town and needed everything from oil change,tires,electrical issues to brakes! They did it all and a great Job too. They were very professional including prompt service. I would highly recommend them and will continue to bring all my vehicles there. Bad news!!! Unscrupulous- scam artist!! Go only if you want to give away hundreds of dollars where they invent things that arent wrong with your auto!!
Avoid at all costs This place is unethical and dishonest in their dealings w/ customers. They are all about getting you and making uncessary repairs to your car. I have a fairly new car with less than 40k miles they added a tune up (btw is not necessary for a fuel injection car) esp. A car that isn't woren out. I paid $800 (on top the extended warranty paid them $550) for a tune up,and various maintance services not required and took full advantage of me being a woman.
