A bit daunting to begin with but surprisingly straightforward once a start is made. Of course Owen is always on hand to help out too. It's all up and running now and we're extremely impressed with just how quiet it is and how effective at heating the yacht. Spoke with William on the phone and he corrected a mistake I had made on an order, and as I was tight on time, he arranged overnight delivery for the extra parts so I could continue with our campervan build. Great product and fantastic service. William was friendly and very helpful and is an asset to your company.
Really helpful - got us out of a pickle when our car fridge went bust. Lovely bunch of people and would highly recommend their services. Now drinking cold beers!
Many thanks to auto term for their great service. I had recently installed a 4D heater into my van conversion and was having several weird issues with shutdowns and errors. I visited their workshop today and met with *James their technical manager who spent a fair bit of time with me helping me diagnose the issues looking at all of the parameters and internal technicalities of how the heating was working. 2 vans, 2 heaters, over £2000 and I've spent more time getting the heaters repaired than I have using them. Awful quality and wrak support. I'd advise staying away from these clowns.
