I had remote starter installed by them. Staff is very knowledgeable, place provides decent prices, technician installed starter in timely manner. I have been using starter for a month and it works perfectly and as described by staff! I do recommend this place!👍
Tried these guys out for an issue with my Sirius radio, booked an appointment a week in advance, dropped my truck off in the morning, they had it till late afternoon.. basically nothing done, said they would have a quote for supposed antenna replacement, didn’t have one when I picked up my truck, said they’d call with quote, never heard back..waste of time and Uber fees!
This shop is amazing. Their customer service is unprecedented in today's world. They were able to diagnose the command start issue that I was having and make a recommendation that was the most beneficial to me. They worked with me to come up with the best solution and went above and beyond with their communication and kindness. Matty was amazing to deal with and I would highly recommend Autotemp.
Autotemp Air & Sound installed a high quality product with what they quoted. I had a small issue, but they didn't wait to rectify it. It was fixed very quickly. Great job to Tim and his team. Kevin
