Brandon is an absolutely AMAZING mechanic! Had a no crank/no start issue with my old 97 Subaru Outback, which ended up being a bad ignition switch assembly. Brandon did thorough diagnostics to rule out other issues, and then did a great job on replacing the ignition assembly. I will never call anyone else for my repair needs and will recommend him to everyone I know! Thanks Brandon for your kindness and patience!
I had a great experience with AutoTek LLC Mobile Mechanic. Brandon was able to get me scheduled very quickly and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Brandon has worked on my vehicles multiple times and has always been very efficient, honest, and fixed the problem. He's very thorough in his diagnostic and making sure he fixes the problem the first time. He will not cheat you out of your money but will only do what is necessary. Most recently, I thought my van needed a part replaced that would've taken a few hours to fix; but Brandon figured out that it was a different part that only took a few minutes and saved me a couple hundred dollars. If I could rate Brandon higher I would. After trying another mobile mechanic I found AutoTek and my first experience was him correcting work done by someone else. Brandon is always communicative about the issues, possible solutions, and very transparent with his pricing. He was also able to diagnose and resolve an issue on my truck that other mechanics pointed to a different and much more expensive cause/repair that was not needed. I have used him for repairs and routine maintenance both and recommend him to anyone I know.
