Auto Tek has been our go to for our personal and business vehicles. Their alignment service is FANTASTIC! Customer service and pricing TOP NOTCH! I always have felt welcomed and comfortable to ask questions. They have been very kind and knowledgeable. I understand they recently moved locations and are no longer on Deer Valley Rd., so be sure to call and confirm before heading over.
They repaired my car better than when I bought it used at the dealership and got it done pretty quickly for a big repair.
I have used this shop twice and both experiences were excellent. They were straightforward and gave me options. The first visit they mentioned my motor mounts were in poor shape but said it didnt need to be addressed immediately. I've been to other shops that felt pushy and sales-y. These folks were just down to earth, up front, and gave me choices. Always great service with my family vehicles.
I water hose blow on Hwy..Called and said come right in took care of everything that day ...stayed to after 7pm to finish our truck to get us back on road...We came to Phoenix for the day from Sedona and our cats were back in our Rv waiting for us....so had to get back Thank you to all for getting it done that night and staying late after hours...price was fare....too....
