Left tiguan 2.0 tdi 2017 with parking/neutral switch input circuit , been kept weeks , charged over a 1000£ for work ( guarantee paid from carsupermarket) , didn’t sort it out , gave me back car with the same issue , then 2 weeks after dropped a car again , after 2 weeks trying find out what’s goin on They couldn’t fix it . At least told me that they can’t repair it and they gave up . Every time I had to call them asking for update , no any calls from them to me . Big disappointment
Contacted this Audi Specialist to ask for a quotation on a turbo replacement on my VRS NO response at all Second time this has happened when asking for quotes ( First time I had to ring and chase ) Will now use a garage who respects the customer
Took my car in. After diagnosing they told me it could be covered by Audi under warranty. They saved me alot of money in doing this, and obviously prevented further charged work for themselves. I wouldn’t have known this had it not been for them. exceptional service.
