We took our car to AutoTechnica for a diagnosis of a clonking noise when turning left and an MAF issue. After dropping it off, we got one call asking for help replicating the noise, but communication after that was poor. Despite calling and visiting in person, we didn’t get meaningful updates, and in the end they told us they couldn’t identify the noise. We appreciate that they didn’t charge us, but the lack of communication and what felt like a rushed job means we won’t be returning.
Brilliant service offered. Fixed my reversing camera and dropped in a new battery. Had my car back in a couple of hours. Fair prices and really lovely people to do business with. Won’t hesitate to return for any future work needed. Thank you.
Went in for a diagnostic, very polite, professional & reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend & will be using for any further motoring matters
Left tiguan 2.0 tdi 2017 with parking/neutral switch input circuit , been kept weeks , charged over a 1000£ for work ( guarantee paid from carsupermarket) , didn’t sort it out , gave me back car with the same issue , then 2 weeks after dropped a car again , after 2 weeks trying find out what’s goin on They couldn’t fix it . At least told me that they can’t repair it and they gave up . Every time I had to call them asking for update , no any calls from them to me . Big disappointment
