I’ve had an excellent experience dealing with Darren and Simon at AutoTech World Square. The level of service and communication has been consistently clear, honest, and very professional throughout what has been a bit of a complex mechanical situation with my vehicle. Simon was incredibly helpful and listened to my observations about my car. After describing how the vehicle drove, the engine codes as well as what I saw on my own diagnostic gear, he readily identified the issue and other maintenance opportunities that could be done while fixing the main issue. My car drives like new, and Autotech did a stellar job keeping me across what was happening with my car even when I was overseas. 10/10 service.
