Booked in a warrant of fitness with 3 simple repairs. I made it very clear that the repairs were needed for the warrant. I have to drive 50km to get to Waipukurau so I took time off work. They just did the warrant. Failed the warrant and said they didn't have time to do the repairs. Don't bother apologising Autotech, you do not have my permission to contact me. You won't get my business again. Cannot be trusted to do what they say. I do not recommend. ----- Edit. "Its a shame" What for you or me?

Firstly, I want to apologise to you all, I mistakenly thought these stand up folks were from waipawa. THESE people were not only quick to respond to a negative review, they were devastated to think that a customer was let down. This leads me to believe these folks are worthy. I cannot apologise enough, but I can say kudos to these folks for their proactive communication and genuine willingness to see a customer right. Well done guys, stand up businesses are hard to find
