Autotech Unlimited has serviced our vehicles for at least four to five years now. Although they are a bit further from our home, we prefer their service oriented and professional approach. The person at the desk and on the phone always greets you kindly and then proceeds to find out what needs to be done on your vehicle. We appreciate that they dont do anything on the vehicle until they talk to us first, so there arent any hidden charges when we arrive to pick up our vehicle. Ive been going to AutoTech Unlimited since 1994. They have always treated me professionally and repaired my vehicle correctly for a reasonable price. I highly recomend them.
Dont waste your time or money!!! Today has been a waste of time and money thanks to Autotech. I called and explained a problem to "Tate" that to me seems like a anti-theft issue. "Tate" said no problem fixing cars is what they do. Had the car towed to them about an hour later "Tate" calls and said he agreed that it probably was the anti-theft system. But, guess what? Thats right, they cant fix it and I would need to get it towed to a Ford dealership. The good news is he was only going to charge me for 30 minutes of shop time... read more
