Had to replace the driver side door on a 2018 Honda Pilot. Called the number on Google for Autotech, spoke to "Ali" - he quoted us $1580 for a brand new door from a Honda Dealer, plus $200 for labor, total $1780 plus taxes. We asked him to send us that quote in writing to our e-mail address (three times) OR text it to us - he never did. Should have recognized that as a red flag. We miss Abbas. The new guy told me I needed 4 new pads and rotors when my fronts were brand new with 10mm left on the pads. Also, he charged me to replace my oil pan and gasket, and my oil is leaking AFTER he did the job. When I messaged him about it, no reply.
We had all the lights on our dash come on at once during a road trip. They had room to see us, got us in quickly, worked hard to solve the issue. The problem is not one we can fix away from home, but they got us in working order to be on our way. They were such a blessing and even worked with us through a lunch period. We super appreciate them and have marked their shop for our next road trip and so we can recommend them to others we know in the area.
