Our 2023 Mazda CX-5 was sent to AutoTech by the dealership we purchased it from for substantial mechanical work, including a torque-converter/transmission repair and a coolant-control-valve/thermostat repair. I finally found someone I can trust to diagnose and repair my Audi when needed. Autotech inspected my brakes after another shop told me I needed both front and rear brake pads and rotors. Autotech let me know my brakes have a lot of life remaining and that nothing needs to be done. They are both trustworthy and very nice! Autotech gained a new customer today!
Horrible place and unprofessional, not only did they want to charge me 164.00 for a diagnosis. They snatched a paper from my mom’s hand and threw us the keys … I felt a prejudice vibe the moment the conversation started and as I’m looking at the reviews these ppl are exactly what I thought they were … I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I do mot recommend this company. They are not honest mechanics. I took my vehicle there twice each time I left there with more problems. The latest issue I took it there because my ball joint was going bad. They told me that it was my transfer case instead. They gave me my vehicle back misdiagnosed and told me that it was okay to drive it and that nothing will happen.
