The communication was extremely poor, and I felt ignored as a customer. No updates, no clear explanations, and no transparency. I expected much better customer service.
Simon was incredibly helpful and listened to my observations about my car. After describing how the vehicle drove, the engine codes as well as what I saw on my own diagnostic gear, he readily identified the issue and other maintenance opportunities that could be done while fixing the main issue. My car drives like new, and Autotech did a stellar job keeping me across what was happening with my car even when I was overseas. 10/10 service.
The lads are courteous, price the work fairly and they get the job done. What more could you ask for!
From one service to the next, my admiration of the team expertise and communication remains very positive. Thank you for your love of SMART cars and for being so flexible with my somewhat difficult schedule. My car was returned fixed, super clean and ready to drive for many more kilometres.
