Something off here. Was quoted $750 for a service which seemed high and when l questioned that amount was told it was actually twice that 🤔 🤔🤔 very suspect just to replace an air filter and top up some fluids and a globe. My gut instinct was they were trying to rip me off. I won't use them again. 4th Jan 2023

Scammy. Jack and the team charged me $285 for oil change + scan diagnostic code (but they didn’t give me any codes or diagnose anything). Initially tried to charge $375, I said that was too much, he got all nervous and couldn’t make eye contact anymore, arbitrarily changed some prices around and came up with $285. They said my oil sump plug was stripped (it wasn’t stripped before that I know of) so just put a bigger thread size in instead of properly rethreading.. said the next person will have trouble getting it out.
Staff are friendly, reliable and generous with their time. My battery ran flat and within their already jam-packed day, they did all they could to ensure I was on the road again. Very grateful for the team's professional and efficient service - shout out to Scott and Jack for their assistance this week! Thank you.
