I had a fantastic experience at this garage today. Parts were ordered ahead in case replacement was needed but diagnostics were carried out before the works were done. Very reassuring to know that I was not over paying and that the garage is honest. I had a warm welcome and Adam explained the outcome in a way I could understand, I’m clearly not a car expert and as a woman I have had negative experiences in the past. I will be returning for future works!

Adam saved the day! He gave me a free second opinion on an MOT which had been failed for one faulty reg plate light, he ordered in replacement lights and advised that one faulty light is not a fail but an advisory. I went back to the other MOT place, gave them the second opinion and had the MOT updated to a pass, and then got both lights replaced, thank you
I’ve been using this garage for my MOTs and servicing for a few years now, ever since moving to the area, and they’ve always been brilliant. This was the first major issue I’ve had with my car, and they handled it perfectly. They got it booked in straightaway, sourced the parts, and fixed what I know was quite a tricky job - all much quicker than I expected.
