Horrible first line and brush off customer service experience from the from owner himself Giuseppe. Please keep in mind that not all potential customers will rip you off by not paying what is due. You need to take it down a couple of notches and not be so belittling. Just plain horrible!!
I've been coming here for a few years now, fortunately I heard about their service through friends and never had a bad experience...unlike dealers...
So I have a lifesaver ignition interlock and had a appointment in the Bronx location, the place was closed due to con edison repairs .I called up lifesaver and they sent me to this location since my truck was not going to start at 12 pm . When I got there the mechanic or possibly owner was very rude and when I told him my situation he said to call lifesaver that his computer wouldn't be able to calibrate my device which is actually a lie.
