Went for Motorcycle inspection today (Go Tuesdays 10am-12pm for walk-in). Was out of there quickly with polite, professional service from the owner. I appreciated that he was kind enough to also take the time to patiently talk to me about an issue I'm having with my car.
The only competent place in Queens. I got a 2002 Mitsubishi a few months ago. These old cars have a problem connecting to the DMV’s server so they can’t actually pass inspection. Two places in LIC couldn’t do it- ok fine. But the actual Mitsubishi dealership/ repair shop in woodside couldn’t - had us leave the car there for two weeks and still didn’t do it! Horrible first line and brush off customer service experience from the from owner himself Giuseppe. Please keep in mind that not all potential customers will rip you off by not paying what is due. You need to take it down a couple of notches and not be so belittling. Just plain horrible!!
I've been coming here for a few years now, fortunately I heard about their service through friends and never had a bad experience...unlike dealers...
