Richard and Steven are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They only use original manufacturers parts that help keep the vehicles driving as intended from factory. The bill is always fully itemised, reasonably priced and they explain all works completed very clearly. Unsurprisingly they are always booked up 3-4 weeks in advance so best to plan ahead. If you can pre-emptively get your pride and joy looked after this is the place to come for Merc, BMW, Volvo. A gem of a specialist garage in Carlisle.
Brilliant service from the chaps at Autotech, talked me through the service work done and any recommendations they found, very importantly they didn't try to force for the recommendations to be done there and then, said they would be fine for now and we can do them at next service. Supremely reliable, and friendly bunch. They’re really knowledgeable, and know their stuff - I’ve been taking my car there for a while now and despite my paranoid nature, they’re always able to take my at a moments notice, and get the job done quickly. They’re also incredibly thorough - They definitely charge a premium, but thats what you get for top class service and high quality repairs. Highly recommended!

* Update 2024. Minor issue yesterday, called up and rectified for free the next day, did even offer the same day, back on the road in no time and again exceptionally good, honest service. Excellent speedy service and back on the road in no time Had a substantial leak to the rear diff and hose in engine bay, diagnosed, parts ordered and back on the road in under 6 hours and a fair price, around half of what you pay at the main Stealership, using genuine OEM quality parts with guarantee/warranty too.
