I stopped in as the day before I heard a loud bang and burnt rubber. The service advisor said that they would take it in right away. It turned out to be the coil spring. My vehicle is a BMW so difficult to get the parts. Since they couldn’t get the parts till the next day. The mechanic drove me home. The service advisor called the next morning they told me the estimate and I said go ahead. The mechanic picked me up and brought me back to pay and pick up my vehicle.
