Formal Complaint Regarding AutoTech Auto Body & Collision Center's Business Practices We are submitting this complaint to address unethical and potentially unlawful behavior by AutoTech Auto Body & Collision Center. A customer of ours had her vehicle taken to AutoTech following an accident due to a no-start issue caused by a battery failure. Manager could be more on top of what’s going on at her work place rather than keep having to ask questions and having an immediate answer. Regardless of any situation these things should be held upon a number 1 priority in any business. Find a solution to better control vehicles that have been sitting there over a month and just trying to pocket peoples money. They did a really great job from the jump when I wrecked my car. Stephanie helped explain the whole process to me and kept me calm even in moments where I was really freaking out. I could tell that they really cared about getting my car done quickly as I did not have rental car coverage. I picked up my car today and it was vacuumed/clean and smelled good! My Lexus looks better than it did before I wrecked it! Thank you so much for truly caring about me and explaining everything to me!! I definitely recommend this place.
