Formal Complaint Regarding AutoTech Auto Body & Collision Center's Business Practices We are submitting this complaint to address unethical and potentially unlawful behavior by AutoTech Auto Body & Collision Center. A customer of ours had her vehicle taken to AutoTech following an accident due to a no-start issue caused by a battery failure. Manager could be more on top of what’s going on at her work place rather than keep having to ask questions and having an immediate answer. Regardless of any situation these things should be held upon a number 1 priority in any business. Find a solution to better control vehicles that have been sitting there over a month and just trying to pocket peoples money.
