I was not familiar with any shop, I goggled all shops in Watsonville and Santa Cruz area and this was the only one with 5 stars and all about good reviews. When calling Elena (the owner) and explaining her the situation of my car, she made me feel so confident about trusting them with my car (Mercedes Benz 2014) and no regrets since then.
