These guys had a last minute MOT slot as our usual garage Luccomes had the wrong booking date. We live nearby and thought we'd give them a go. I had a slight concern at their attitude but need an MOT urgently. I left the car and went home and checked the reviews. They made me nervous! Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid at All Costs I brought my car in for a routine MOT and left with a broken bonnet lever, an incomplete test, and a ridiculous £300 repair quote for something that turned out to be incredibly simple. The mechanic claimed the bonnet wouldn’t open, so they couldn’t proceed with the MOT. Was lucky enough to live close to this garage where they have helped me with a wide range of repairs over the years for a fair price and on a timely manner. In particular, my car failed its MOT recently and I was quoted over £1000 for repairs by Halfords. I took the problem to this garage and they managed to do all the work for £460, less than half the price! The car passed its MOT and, thanks to them, was saved from going to the scrapyard! Highly recommend, great garage.

Clearly told me that work could be done in a day as a part was in stock (it wasn't in stock so it made attending something important very difficult as my car had to stay there overnight) - this false Diagnostic costed £150 for the light to come back on the next day. They then thought it was the purge valve after miss-diagnosing it as air-fuel ratio, paid for the part to be fitted £150. I then was told its not the purge valve and that they can't fix the problem. Very bad service.MOT check is not honest and absolutely deliberate for the clients without recomendationds and protections. I will post the picture to illustrate the expertise of thosd people. STRONGLY NOT Recommended
