They've always been helpful and seen me quick when I'm stuck. You pay a premium for labour, but they do good work. I've paid less at chains in town but been left disappointed with the work and wishing I'd gone here.
Worst car repair shop i have ever visited my entire life. Overpriced, Dishonest and no responsibility and credibility. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop during an insurance inspection. I have owned this vehicle for about three years. The car has never been involved in any accidents and the windshield had never had any cracks before this visit. I brought my car to this shop for the inspection required by my insurance company. I think people need to give Autotec a chance. I have always found the service to be great and Vanessa has always been extremely kind. They make themselves available, even after hours. Don't expect it to be a Toyota Dealership like you see down south, its a local shop with staff who care.
