Worst car repair shop i have ever visited my entire life. Overpriced, Dishonest and no responsibility and credibility. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop during an insurance inspection. I have owned this vehicle for about three years. The car has never been involved in any accidents and the windshield had never had any cracks before this visit. I brought my car to this shop for the inspection required by my insurance company. I think people need to give Autotec a chance. I have always found the service to be great and Vanessa has always been extremely kind. They make themselves available, even after hours. Don't expect it to be a Toyota Dealership like you see down south, its a local shop with staff who care.
