I bought a 2017 Ford Transit in October of 2023 from AutoStudio 72 (it had been up for sale for a few weeks). When I drove it off the lot, a check engine light appeared that ended up costing around $3,000 in repairs. Coincidence? I personally don’t believe so. I purchased a BlueDriver scanner about two months after the purchase (if I could go back in time, I’d recommend one to my inexperienced self) and confirmed there was a permanent DTC code stored for that exact issue.
