The Autostrada Service Centre has been purpose built to carry out complete service and repair requirements on all late model European cars & SUVs, including AUDI, BMW, Range Rover, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. Our new service facility is conveniently located in Carlisle, close to the Perth CBD and incorporates our authorised parts centre for Lotus Cars, GWM, Haval and SsangYong.

Would garranty this place to anyone , great service , great people to deal with , never had a problem.
Took my Haval here for a service and was advised there had been an accident and someone had backed into my car. I was completely understanding and said to let me know when it’s fixed. Paul K repeatedly told me dates it would be ready and mislead me multiple times, instead of just saying it will be 2 weeks or so, not telling me dates then making me follow up with him to see where it’s at on those said dates. Avoid if you value your time and car. Walking into Autostrada Service Centre is like stepping into a parallel universe where customer service is an afterthought. The three lifeless figures behind the desk seem more interested in avoiding eye contact than acknowledging customers. Awesome service on both cars again. Paul and the team do a fantastic job. Friendly and reliable. Nothing is too much trouble
You come in for service, pay, and leave—that’s it. They're only getting business because of the Haval, nothing else. The service is terrible; they don’t listen to your concerns at all. My car has a 7-year warranty, but whenever I call to make a warranty claim, they flat-out say they can’t do it. It’s been a very bad experience.
