First service (10k-km/12-month), excellent experience. Paul D accommodated my booking in the last hour (since online system not working well).
I have been going to this service centre since I purchased my Haval new in 2022. I have had nothing but excellent service from the staff. If any issues they are resolved with ease and had no problems with my car since purchasing. I feel safe driving home each time I take it in for a service which I must say I can’t say for other service centres I have used in the past.
All my experiences with the Autostrada Service Centre have been absolutely fantastic. Paul D has been especially kind to me by actually taking the time to listen to any concerns I have had with my car. The organisation out in Carlisle is efficient, slick and a well organised business. Keep up the good work!
