I have taken my GWM to Autostrada for servicing since I have owned it, this team has gone out of their way to make the experience great. Paul D in the service department has always been welcoming and helpful, he is great to deal with. I would fully recommend their services.
Seven reasons why we won't return: - On 18/12/23 car went in for a logbook service and from the next day the battery light started coming on. We called the Autostrada manager to inform. The extent of his knowledge and commitment was to say they checked the battery and it was fine. On the 27th the car ceased up on the road and the Autostrada manager again could not help. - They replaced a genuine BMW cabin filter with a generic one, before the change was expected to be due and without the evidence requested. - Logbook service... read more
