I met Leo through Steven which was one of his managers at the dealership, just dealership to care of me, I couldn’t list my car on Autotrader and they listed it for me and worked out a price and I got what I wanted and they sold my car for me, I really recommend this dealership if you live in south Florida or have a similar situation or if you need someone to sell your car for you, these are the best people! They are extremely honest and they work hard at their job and they took care of me very well!
Slipped warranty I never asked for in contract, asked the day of the sale to cancel warranty. They submitted fake cancellation which is why the finance company nor dealer have record of it. Called Danny to speak with guy responsible, was told call back monday I'll speak with Phil see what's going on for you. Monday comes Danny starts forwarding all my calls. Show up in person Phil no longer works there, that's why I didn't pick up. Go figure.
On August 15th went there with with 1800 all i had. Got finance for 2500 down. Guy told me to bring back 200 more. Monday. Got finance. The bank call while im in room with the salesman and finance guy they told me what to say. Didn't realize until than they sold me salvage car. Wheel bean broke told me they would fix. So i said yes i knew it was salvage to babk.Monday return to pay 200 danny said dont pay. They will call to fix car"no call. Paper tag expired call. Told me cant get tag until i pay 754.0. I must say, I appreciate everything they helped out with picking my vehicle. Timothy was an great salesman. Even, though the car had an issue the 1st day, I brought it back to them and they fixed the problem. I appreciate you guys for fixing the problem and making sure I had an working vehicle. It was an pleasure doing business.
