Jay is exceptional at what he does! He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything sorted out in no time. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond—he even took the time to fix some tangled speaker wires, which he didn’t have to do. Excellent and professional service, we had a soldering problem on the same car and wished we had used here first last year. Contacted on the morning when the car was available to be worked on and was fixed timely at the road side by lunchtime and in less than an hour. Diagnosed an earth problem on the driver side light causing issues with brake and indicator light (2010 Ford Focus). This was in line with what our mechanic had diagnosed also.
